With over 35 years of hands-on automotive dealership management experience across the GCC, have successfully led and transformed multi-brand dealership operations, and built long-term strategic partnerships with global OEMs. Expertise covers strategic planning, market development, brand relaunch, aftersales operations, and investor-driven expansion initiatives.

As a Fellow of the British Institute of the Motor Industry (FIMI), I uphold the highest professional and ethical standards.

Effat Farouk

Chief Financial Officer

Certified Chartered Accountant with Over 20 Years’ experience in financial planning, responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective financial management. My role provides strategic financial guidance, support senior leadership in decision-making, and ensure the integrity of financial reporting and control systems

Jamal Al Farghaly

With over 22 Years legal experience in Egypt and Kuwait. Provide professional legal advice, ensure full compliance with applicable Kuwaiti laws and regulations, draft and review contracts, mitigate legal risks, and protect the company’s legal and commercial interests. Obtained Master’s degree in Law from Assuit University Egypt.
